In the early mornings and late afternoons, wild animals are at their most active, particularly in the warm and dry seasons, and the chances to see and watch them are good. The early morning is the coolest part of the day, hence in the Southern Winter, it is advisable to wear warm clothing, including a windcheater, in layers that can be shed as the day warms up. Shortly before and after sunrise, you have the best chances to see cats still active and on the hunt. In the afternoons when it gets warmer, the animals come down to the banks of the Zambezi to drink. During your early morning drive, you will be offered a light breakfast with tea and coffee, in the afternoon you have lunch in one picnic site with cold drinks will be included. After lunch we continue to hunt for more game during the afternoon drive before returning back to Victoria Falls. An estimated 400 species of birds have been recorded within the Zambezi National Park making this a bird lovers' paradise,
