Tour operator did not show up to pick me up at my lodging. Then compounded his mistake by falsely indicating that I had cancelled. When asked to provide proof there was none and he did provide full refund. Not sure whether tour operator ever intended to fulfill his agreement. Bait and switch?
Amazing day

A memorable day seeing so many different views of Victoria Falls. Was like a wet rag at the end of it but well worth a bit of wet. Was travelling solo and guide was very happy to take photos with me in them as much as I wanted. Might take an umbrella next time though!

viatour company is a lousy company for the following reasons
1- never answered our email 4 times
2- sent s a tour guide e who is in cahoot with hi friends to consistently insist on jumping a rob
3- his English is not great
4-he never came on time
5 the tour guide did not know nay thing about via tour company'.
6- the reception desk at kingdom hotel never heard about viatour
7-the tour guide never heard about viatour our and his company was an unknown company to the hotel
via tour was contact for two day by email and they never answered and we feared for our money that it was lost and stolen by viatour
