This full day excursion has a 3 hour game drive in the Chobe National Park, and a 3 hour game cruise along the iconic Chobe River and a buffet lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge.You will be picked at 7am from your Victoria Falls hotel in an airconditioned minivan and drive for 45 mins to the Botswana border.After immigration formalities you will be picked by your Botswana guide and head straight into the park for a 3 hour game drive.After the drive you will be taken to a buffet lunch before proceeding to the afternoon game cruise on the Chobe River.On this tour you will see all the animals in their natural habitat and your experienced guide will help you identify the various flora and fauna and give more insight answering all your questions.You will have a chance to see four of Africa's big five animals ie elephants,buffaloes,lion,leopard and lots of other animals like giraffe,zebras,kudus,hippos and a variety of birds.After the activities you will be transferred back to Victoria Falls.

We used Afro Dawn Safaris to arrange the Boma Dinner and Drum show, a sunset dinner boat cruise as well as a full day Chobe national park and Chobe river excursions. All I can say is WOW for the smooth and seamless logistics from Afro Dawn. They went out of their way, and even where we had time to kill would take a detour and show us something interesting. All three excursions were amazing! From a logistics point-of-view the Chobe trip required 3 border crossings each way, and with Afro Dawn this was no effort and seamless.
Their staff are friendly, well-informed and happy to share their knowledge of the area.
My greatest thanks go out to Isabella and her team. I will definitely use them again for anything and everything Vic Falls and surrounds!
