Everything was amazing. I could not fault it at all. William was on time for every pick up and drop off. His punctuation showed great professionalism. He recommended plenty of places to eat at and other activities. William showed us around the market and taught us a lot about Zimbabwean culture. William was an amazing guide! He was very timely in picking us up from the airport and getting us to our hotel. And, he was incredibly helpful in arranging and coordinating activities for us to do during our stay. He really went above and beyond for us, which in turn made our experience truly memorable.
