The Boma – Dinner & Drum show is non-stop entertainment from the moment you are ceremoniously dressed in your “chitenge” (sarong), to the traditional dance performances, face painting, a fortune teller and more, to the renowned interactive drumming show. The four-course feast begins with a shared starter platter, featuring specialities such as smoked crocodile tail, followed by soup from the campfire, before a braai (barbecue) buffet, which includes warthog steak, Zambezi bream, as well as an extensive salad bar, and finally a smorgasbord of delectable desserts.

Sample Menu

• Main Course - Braai buffet served with peanut butter rice or sadza. Zambezi bream and kapenta. A vegetable stir-fry, pasta, garlic bread and roast potato wedges.
• Starters - Mouth-watering specialities such as skewered peppered impala, smoked crocodile tail and corn ciabatta and “nyimo” fritters.
• Salad Bar - Fresh soup served with croutons and homemade bread. Salad bar with sweet potato, legumes, nuts and seeds, with greens, dressings and assorted breads.
