you get to choose your food, from the food bar served by chefs, buffalo/guinea fowl / and much much more ,they put on an african dance/drum show--take plenty of pics,,i highly recommend this treat
A true cultural delight

We were transported into another world by van from our hotel. Upon arrival we were draped in a piece of AFrican cloth and then escorted inside. Meats were being roasted on open fire. African music playing. Beer-like drink made from corn was our initiation. Food is served buffet styl3. Many native meats. Wonderful dessert bar with flan. Entertainment if dancing and drums
