Welcome To Victoria Falls

Our representative will pick you up from the airport and take you to our cottage where you will check in and freshen up.You will then be picked up for an afternoon safari game drive in the Zambezi National Park.The Zambezi National Park is located upstream from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, stretching for some 50 kilometres along the Zambezi river.This beautiful gem of a National Park is little known, despite its proximity to the world famous Victoria Falls. The park is home to a variety of larger mammal species including lion, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, zebra and several antelope species such as eland, kudu, waterbuck, impala and Zimbabwe’s national animal, the majestic sable.An estimated 400 species of birds have been recorded within the Zambezi National Park making this a bird lovers' paradise, with specialities which include the Pel’s Fishing Owl, African Skimmer, Collared Palm Thrush, Lanner Falcon, Goliath Heron, Kori Bustard, African Fin foot, Rock Pratincole and Long-toed Lapwing.

As you enter the Victoria Falls rain forest at the beginning of the tour. you will notice a change in vegetation. This natural rainforest has been created by the constant spray of the Victoria Falls falling on the surrounding area. Explore the unique rain forest feasting your eyes on magnificent plant and bird life, whilst taking in the grandeur that is the Victoria Falls. You will be guided through the rainforest and stop at the different view points along the way. Find yourself in awe as you witness the sheer magnitude of the Victoria Falls. This truly is an inspiring experience. The Victoria Falls will be in full flood between April and June. Be sure to wear a raincoat during these months as you will get soaked from the spray of the Falls.

One Last Safari

You will be picked up from your lodging at 0545am and head into the Zambezi National Park for an early morning game drive. This will give you a higher chance to see the cats like lions, leopards while they are still active and also a wide range of birds, you will stop briefly in the park to enjoy a light breakfast of cake and tea or coffee and a fruit. After the game drive you will be brought back to your lodging. It will now be time to say goodbye. This will be the end of your tour. Yo will be transferred to the airport to catch you plane home or to your next adventure.
